Overview
The outdoor 20 Watt and 50 Watt MMDS repeaters are intended for use in Multi-Channel Multi-Point Distribution System (MMDS). They are capable of transmitting between one and thirty-one 6 MHz analog or digital channels in the 2.5 - 2.7 GHz frequency range.
The Repeaters are equipped with ALC to maintain a constant output power level. The RF output is lightning protected with a surge protector.
It is recommended to use the Outdoor MMDS LNA (Model LNA-MMDS-25) together with the MMDS Outdoor Repeater. The Outdoor Repeater is equipped with a 12V connector to provide the DC power for the LNA.
The repeater is powered from 220VAC @ 50 Hz.
The repeater is housed in a corrosion resistant weatherproof enclosure for outdoor pole mounting and is designed with maximum reliability and versatility in mind. The hinged front panel provides easy access to internally mounted components for on-site service and upgradability. The temperature inside the enclosure is thermostatically controlled.
Extended bandwidth, alternate frequency and various powering configurations are available.
