Indoor Agile S-Band Base Station ReceiverFeatures
OverviewThe UBS PmP Receivers are frequency agile, high selectivity indoor broadband Receivers designed primarily for wireless internet applications. This high performance Receiver is well equipped with features for ease of operation and maintenance. Receiver bandwidths are in the range of 2 – 16 MHz having IF outputs of 44 MHz or 36 MHz (70 MHz optional). The Receiver features frequency agile RF input which is adjustable in 125 kHz steps, and calibrated LED bar level meters which monitor the RF input and IF output levels. Additionally, the RF input AGC is On/ Off switchable, and an RF pre-amplifier is also available via an On/Off switch to protect Receiver input from overloading. The contact closure relays allow the operator to monitor and control the Receiver’s status remotely, including RF Receive or Standby operation, loss of external reference and low IF output level. An external 10 MHz reference input with an internal 10 MHz OCXO asbackup is also provided with the units. The Receiver is housed in a standard 19" rack mount enclosure. Extended bandwidth, alternate frequency, and various powering configurations are available. |
